The nearest sandy beach is about 800 m, from the main beach and the water park about 10-15 minutes walk.
The house is located away from the busy streets with car traffic.
The apartment is located on the third floor. It has an elevator. You can get to the balcony from the living room and from bedroom as well.
There are 2 + 4 beds: double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, optional air mattress for two people.
