A two-room apartment, renovated in the year 2013, on the ground floor of a private house in Pärnu city. The house is located in the vicinity of the city centre, in the area of private houses. Pärnu city centre with its summer events, numerous cafes and pubs is 1.5 km away, ca 3 km to the beach.
The house has its own 1300 m² plot with a closed garden, where one can stay in summer and barbecue.
The apartment is located on the house’s ground floor and is with a separate entrance.
The apartment has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, shower room+WC.
There are 2+3 bed places: a double bed, camp bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room.
TV. Internet for the user of his/her own computer. Washing machine.
Pets allowed.
Parking in the house’s closed garden or in front of the house on the street with little traffic.
