A two-room efficiency apartment up to 5 people in Pärnu city centre, in the direct vicinity of beach area. All necessary for a pleasant vacation within a walking distance: Rüütli Street with its boutiques, cafes and restaurants, children playgrounds, shopping centres, theatre, cultural centre, places for summer events. The bathing beach and beach promenade are within 15 minutes walking distance.
The apartment is located on the storey house’s ground floor. The apartment has a living room (passable), a sleeping room, a kitchen, a shower room+WC.

There are 2+3 bed places: a double bed in the sleeping room, a sofa bed and an extra bed in the living room.
